Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Spare Moves (the "Game"), published by Assurit Consulting Group, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is suitable for general audiences. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. No Purchases, No Currency

Spare Moves is a single-player puzzle game. It contains no in-app purchases, no virtual currency, and no prizes of any kind. Progress is expressed as stars earned by clearing stages.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

4. Progress and Unlocks

• Stars, avatars, album entries, and other unlocks are part of the Game, not property, and have no cash value.
• They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money or anything of real-world value.
• We may rebalance stages or adjust unlocks in future updates without liability.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software to modify the Game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Distribute modified copies of the Game or interfere with its operation.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game and all related content — including artwork, boards, symbols, logos, and software — are owned by Assurit Consulting Group, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assurit Consulting Group, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

9. Changes to the Game and Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game means you accept the revised Terms.
